The E-Core design of the HVC Coil is more efficient in producing more output with less loss. aftermarket ignition.
The HVC Coil is designed to be used exclusively with the MSD 6 HVC Series Ignition Controls (#6631, #6632). This Coil is not recommended for use with any other MSD Ignition Control or similar.
