Any parts shipped inside Tennessee will be charged tax unless a Sales & Use Tax Certificate is on file at PPM Racing Products. We accept the following payments: Credit card, prepay, C.O.D, or an account charge. Damage or Loss Claims should be made within 10 days of order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If returned within 30 days, a credit will be applied toward your account, we do not issue cash refunds.RETURN POLICIESAll returns require a return authorization number. Please call us for an authorization number before shipping the product. A copy of the invoice needs to accompany the part when it is returned. Any part returned must be in sellable condition, and not be used or damaged. PPM reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee from the credit issued for the returned part. Higher restocking fees may be charged, depending on the condition of the part. Please properly ship parts. Exceptions to this policy will be parts sent in error, defective parts, or any error on PPM%u2019s part. No credit will be given for items purchased more than 30 days before the return date, or on special order parts.
