Replaceable rod bearings come standard on piston rod end.
Deflective Disc Valving
Provides consistency in production and performance throughout entire velocity
range.
Deflective disc technology
increases sensitivity in valving response, control and consistency.
Twin Tube Design
The
outer tube can get dented without binding the shock

QA1's 70 series steel
small body shock is perfect for classes that either have a price rule or
rules like I.M.C.A.. This shock is I.M.C.A. legal!!! Because this shock is racer
revalvable and repairable they can be repaired! Simply repair them yourself using QA1's tuning kit, or
send them back to us to have them repaired and dynoed to your specs.
QA1 and now
Carrera are the only twin tube shocks on the market to utilize deflective disk
technology, all others utilize a series of springs to create there dampening
forces. This is a very inconsistent design as the springs very in rate
and thru time start to fatigue,. QA1 not only uses a deflective disk
technology, they have even upgraded it slightly.
